Office Administration Position

Minimum Qualifications:

·         Knowledge of and experience using personal computers and related software, including QuickBooks, Excel, and Microsoft Word

·         Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, board members, and parents

·         Ability to interact with children in a positive, friendly, and professional manner

·         Excellent writing skills and the demonstrated ability to develop written reports and action plans

·         Demonstrated ability to maintain a variety of complex records     

General Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

·         Invoicing customer accounts

·         Recording payments

·         Preparing financial reports

·         Creating and managing yearly budget

·         Maintaining student and employee files
